In an effort to improve our service offering to the Tulane community, the decision has been made to no longer outsource calls to the Benefit Service Center, beginning July 1, 2020. Employees will be directed to call the main HR number 504-865-4748 (HR4U), where their call will be forwarded to the appropriate benefits team member. Employees can also submit requests by email to TUBenefits@tulane.edu.
This change will streamline the process for providing help to the Tulane community, and will also save money for the University. We are working with the call center to ensure that any issues currently in progress will be handled to completion.
