Open Enrollment season is approaching which means it's time to start thinking about your Tulane benefits. It's an annual opportunity to review your benefits elections and make changes, whether you need to enroll in our plans or some life changes may require you to update your information. The decisions you make during open enrollment help you plan ahead for you and your family's well-being throughout the year.
As you now know, we will be offering a third health plan option called the High Deductilbe Health Plan (HDHP) with an attached Health Savings Account (HSA). In an effort to make sure you are knowledgeable about your choices, HR will be hosting a series of Informational session online and in-person across all of the campuses about the new health plans. Join us October 9 for Understanding the High Deductible Health Plan, an online webinar, or in person during the first week of open enrollment, October 14-18. Registration for the in person sessions is requested to ensure we can accommodate all who wish to participate. In addition, we will also offer enrollment assistance with the Benefits Team and hold our annual benefits fairs for you to meet our benefits partners across the three main campus, October 22 - 24.

Understanding the High Deductible Plan informational sessions will begin on Wednesday, October 9 online as a webinar. In person presentations across the university will follow during the week of October 14-18.
