Eric has over 20 years of experience directing employer sponsored benefit programs, having worked in both academic and corporate environments. He has successfully led projects in all aspects of benefit administration, including analysis, design, procurement, contract negotiation and implementation. Most recently he worked for a regional bank in upstate New York. Eric received his Bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College in Illinois, and did graduate studies at Syracuse University’s MBA program in Syracuse, NY. He is a Certified Compensation Professional (IFEBP) and is trained in Lean Six Sigma.
Eric is responsible for leading the planning, analysis, design and performance monitoring of all employee Benefits and Retirement programs. He also leads the charge to create an inclusive and sustainable culture of Wellness to provide our employees with more ways to achieve their potential in a healthy workplace.
