Tonya in her new role as Director of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations will continue the forward momentum of the team by designing and implementing programs and procedures aligned with the needs of our clients. She is responsible for executing strategy, creating initiatives to achieve the strategy as well as developing positive business relationships with key stakeholders.
She comes to us with over 20 years of Human Resources experience in the airline industry. She has worked previously in higher education. Tonya is a creative, collaborative, results-oriented leader with excellent skills in employee relations, rewards and recognition, resource planning, labor relations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, leadership coaching and developing, as well as performance management.
She achieved a Bachelor’s in Education from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and watching sports, especially college football.
