Kim Fleming joined the HR team in 2017 as a business partner supporting the Tulane University Police Department. Prior to that Kim gained valuable experience working in human resources for The Ritz-Carlton Luxury Hotel Brand supporting talent management, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and training and development.
In her current role as Learning and Development Manager, Kim is responsible for the design, development and implementation of learning strategies to support the strategic goals of the university.
Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University. She is a member of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Association of Talent Development (ATD).
When not working, Kim enjoys traveling and water sports.
