The Job Accommodation Network (JAN)

The Southwest ADA Center

Is the Southwest's leading resource on the Americans with Disabilities Act and related disability rights laws. The Center is part of the ADA National Network funded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR). Louisiana Governor's Office

Agencies

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is one of the federal agencies charged with enforcing the ADA. The EEOC’s ADA Fact Sheet can be found here:  https://www.eeoc.gov/eeoc/publications/fs-ada.cfm.

The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) also enforces the ADA.  DOJ’s Civil Right Division provides information and technical assistance on the ADA at www.ada.gov.
