We are currently conducting a needs analysis so that we can identify learning opportunities where employees can develop skills and knowledge. This includes an in-depth analysis of current learning programs, modifying them to better align with our needs and add programs where gaps have been identified. This program uses a resource inventory to determine the strength of the participants’ emotional, mental, financial and spiritual resources as they face the challenges and opportunities in life. They will also learn methods for strengthening those resources.
