Onsite EAP Training Seminars

Optum offers onsite EAP (Employee Assistance Program) training seminars on a variety of topics related to workplace and work/life issues. These interactive, practical and informative sessions are conducted by members of the Optum network of experienced training professionals and use a variety of adult learning strategies.

Steps to request an Onsite EAP training seminar:

To request a session for your group or department we will need the following items:

  • Department administrator's or manager's approval
  • Department’s point person & contact information for this training session
  • Seminar's title (from list below)
  • Seminar date & time (at least 30 days’ notice required)
  • Seminar location (building name, address and room location)
  • Directions and/or parking options for presenter
  • Expected # of attendees (minimum of 10 participants is required)
  • Areas you would like the presenter to cover (i.e. setting priorities, to do lists, skill, etc.)
  • Presenter will need access to a Laptop/Projector/Screen at seminar site (please make sure that conference room has all necessary  a/v equipment)

Note: In order to allow Optum to process your EAP training request, we ask for a 30 days advance notice. For example: if you would like to have a training session on November 15, you must submit your request no later than October 15.
