Open Enrollment For 2022 Benefits Is Now Open, Oct 11 - Oct 29

Open Enrollment is an opportunity for all benefits-eligible employees to enroll in or make changes to their benefits for the upcoming year. Open Enrollment is passive this year, which means if you do not make any changes, you will remain in the same coverage for 2022, except for FSA/HSA elections. Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Assessment Incentive 

Tulane University wants to reward you for taking care of your health!  With the transition to Blue Cross Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, we are implementing a new Rally Rewards Program.  Rally rewards is a free incentive program that encourages simple steps toward a healthier lifestyle. Eligible employees can earn up to $500 or $1000 in health savings accounts, health reimbursement accounts or gift cards depending on your plan.

The Tulane University School of Social Work is pleased to present Weekly Mindfulness Sessions every Monday and every Thursday from 12 to 12:30 pm CT, beginning Thursday, September 9, 2021.

These sessions are virtual and open to all Tulane University students, faculty, and staff to spend a quiet half an hour practicing mindfulness and meditation. Wherever you are, we hope you will join us in any of these sessions led by Stephanie Osborne, the CEO of Meditate New Orleans and the producer of Reclaiming the Goddess Within. Stephanie has studied meditation for over 25 years and has Guided Meditation for over 10 years.
