As part of the WaveWorks move to Oracle Cloud, new iPad time clocks have been installed for teams that currently use physical time clocks. These new time clocks will be used at go-live on Friday, March 20, 2026.
If you use a physical time clock today, you must complete a quick facial recognition setup during the week of March 16. Completing a facial recognition setup is required to use the new iPad time clocks. Visit any of the facial recognition setup sessions listed below—no registration is required. Please bring a photo ID. The setup takes only a few minutes.

Important to Know
If you are unable to complete a facial recognition setup, please speak with your supervisor about how you should clock in and out after go-live.
Supervisor Note
Supervisors play an important role in preparing their teams for the March 20 WaveWorks Time and Labor go-live. Please review the clocking methods available at go-live and help ensure employees understand their options.
Clocking Methods Available at Go-Live
At go-live on March 20, 2026, employees may use one of the following methods to clock in and out, depending on their role and department practices:
iPad Time Clocks (for teams currently using physical clocks)
Employees who used Kronos physical time clocks will transition to iPad stations that use facial recognition to confirm identity at clock-in and clock-out. Encourage impacted employees to complete their one-time facial recognition setup March 16–19. No registration is required; employees should bring a photo ID.
Web Clock (computer)
Desk-based employees—or employees who do not complete the facial recognition setup—may clock in and out using the Web Clock from a computer.
Mobile Access to the Web Clock (department-permitted)
Departments may allow employees to access the Web Clock through the mobile app. Employees approved for mobile use must enable location services on their device. Audit reports will be available to review clock-in and clock-out locations to support compliance and appropriate use.
Additional job aids and employee communications will be shared in advance of go-live.
Thank you for helping us prepare for this change. We look forward to seeing you at one of the setup sessions.
