On-Campus Job Postings

We are excited about the transition of on-campus job postings to Handshake, which will provide a streamlined job search and application tool for students.  All Tulane hiring managers may create an “employer” account in Handshake to post on-campus job opportunities for their department.

With “employer” status in Handshake, faculty and staff can:

  • Post jobs and receive applications electronically online
  • Reach more students than ever before
  • Present information sessions about new jobs

View our easy to follow How to Instructions:

1) Create an employer account in handshake   |   2) Post your on-campus job openings,

New Student Jobs!

The university recognizes the need to support faculty with the transition to hybrid learning and formed the Student Squad for Academic Support. Click here to learn more about the student roles. If your department is interested in hiring a student for one or more of these roles, please email Abigail Brown,

Remote Learner

Students who are classified as a ‘Remote Learner’ may work in roles suited for remote work. They are not eligible to work in person on campus as they are not included in the Tulane COVID-19 Testing program.  Click HERE to learn more about supervising remote student employees.

International Student Stipends

Many international students are unable to return to campus and might have been scheduled to receive a stipend. Please see the latest information regarding eligibility criteria for stipend payments.

Remote I-9 Process

Due to COVID-19, Tulane is utilizing a remote I-9 process for all new hires. Students can download detailed instructions on the Student Employment website.
