We are seeking volunteers to assist us on March 25, 2022 for the University's Professional Development Day event.
Volunteer opportunities include the following:
| Zoom Runner | Coordinate the Zoom ambassadors on each day and troubleshoot any issues. |
| Zoom Ambassadors | Introduce speaker, moderate Q&A chat box, and provide technical support during the session. Intermediate to advanced Zoom technical skills will be helpful in this role. |
| Resource Fair Ambassadors | Point of contact for the Resource Fair exhibitors. Troubleshoot issues and address questions as needed. |
| App Engagement Ambassadors I | Photo Contest Host: Monitor the photographs uploaded, remove anything inappropriate, send ticklers to participants, and speakers to upload and announce the winners. |
| App Engagement Ambassadors II |
Community Board Host: Monitor the Whova PDD community board, delete inappropriate posts or comments, answer questions or forward them to the committee. |
All volunteers will be eligible to receive prizes throughout the day. Best of all, you will get to network with your peers across the University.
