In partnership with other University departments and offices, the Employee Learning and Development Program will provide support and facilitate learning, growth and development for the employees of Tulane University.
Program Goals and Objectives
A significant goal of a learning and professional development program at Tulane is to foster collective responsibility for achieving institutional values and goals, including but not limited to student success, inclusive recruitment and retention, leadership development, compliance, accountability and community engagement. Effective learning and professional development removes barriers and presents pathways to success.
The program will develop a supportive environment that will enable employees to be engaged and innovative and help our employees discover possibilities.
