The mission of TU Wellness is to create and maintain a culture of holistic health and wellness for all employees through health education and wellness activities. Eligible employees can earn incentives by participating throughout the calendar year. Tulane’s wellness platform, WellRight, is an easy way to learn more about your health and earn incentives.
Annual Health Incentive
Complete a combination of activities (e.g., annual physical, health risk assessment, health coaching, educational seminars, fitness challenges) to earn rewards. Individual plan members can earn up to $500; employees covering dependents can earn up to $1,000. For Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and HDHP/HSA participants, rewards are deposited into your HealthEquity account. For POS participants, rewards are issued as gift cards (Tango Rewards Mall). If your coverage is Employee + Spouse or Employee + Family, your spouse must participate in WellRight to receive the full incentive.
Plan | Incentive Type | Employee Only | Employee + Children | Employee + Family | Employee + Spouse |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
HRA and HDHP Plans | Account Deposit | $500 | $1,000 (Earn $500, then an additional $500 is added) | $500 spouse + $500 employee MAX: $1,000 | $500 spouse + $500 employee MAX: $1,000 |
POS Plan | Gift Card (Tango Rewards Mall) | $500 | $500 | $500 spouse + $500 employee MAX: $1,000 | $500 spouse + $500 employee MAX: $1,000 |
*Employees are responsible for taxes associated with gift card rewards; redemptions are shared with Payroll and applicable withholdings apply.
