The Office of Human Resources has established a Green Wave Buddy program to assist new employees in the early months of their Tulane employment. Orientation and retention are all about making new employees feel at home. This also means helping new hires understand our organizational culture and relationships. The Buddy program is a great tool to assist in both of these objectives.
What is a Buddy?
An experienced & engaged team member who partners with a new employee during their first three months of employment and acts as a resource and provides guidance regarding day-to-day life at Tulane.
Current employees can volunteer to participate in the Buddy Program where they will be assigned to a new employee by the Office of Human Resources. Review our Buddy Program Guidelines and consider aiding in the success of a new hire and of Tulane University! We will be holding additional Buddy training sessions in the future.
