Healthcare FSA (HCFSA) Expenses

Tulane’s Healthcare FSA plan offers a grace period to incur health care expenses until March 15 following the end of the plan year. This means any expenses incurred from January 1, 2018 – March 15, 2019 can be charged to your 2018 Healthcare FSA. Any funds remaining after March 15 are lost unless you submit for reimbursement to WageWorks by April 30, 2019.

Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA) Expenses

Expenses for dependent care incurred from January 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018 must be submitted by April 30, 2019.

Submitting claims to WageWorks is easy, using their mobile app, EZ Receipts, or by logging into your WageWorks account online! Download the app from any smartphone to access your account today and start maximizing your benefit!

You can also use the paper claim form to submit eligible expenses to WageWorks.
