We recognize 2020 was a challenging year and measuring performance will be unique due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Therefore, a reimagined and streamlined review process has been implemented to substantively assess employee performance in alignment with the goals and values of the institution with consideration of an extraordinary year.

The annual staff performance review form is available HERE. The deadline for completing reviews is March 15, 2021.
