As the Office of Human Resources continues to streamline practices and technology in order to better manage HR processes, a critical need has been identified.  The employee/supervisor relationship is a foundational building block that supports many administrative needs and processes such as developing organizational charts, viewing employee information and history, as well as building capability to prepopulate forms and assign courses.     

We are asking all supervisors to review their direct reports by Friday, October 4, as indicated below:

Please log into Tulane Manager Self-Service and confirm that your employees appear under “My Employees.”  

If your direct reports are not listed in Manager Self-Service, please work with your department administrator or delegate to correct the reporting relationship. If employees display in your list that do not report to you, please assign them to the appropriate supervisor or work with your department administrator or delegate to correct the reporting relationship.
