Just in time for the holiday season! Are you interested in learning how to prepare healthy holiday sides and desserts or edible gifts to send to your family and friends? The Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine is hosting cooking classes online and will offer holiday themed courses in Nov. and Dec.

These classes have been designed to incorporate the nutrition principles and cooking skills delivered during in-person classes, but will also provide specific guidance relevant right now, as you are likely cooking more meals at home and may also be making less frequent trips to the store. All classes are held via Zoom, which may be accessed through your computer, tablet, or phone.

Sign up and learn how to cook delicious and nutritious food from the comfort of your home kitchen by visiting The Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine (GCCM) website. Founded in 2012, the center’s mission is to educate and train future physicians in nutrition principles through hands-on cooking classes. GCCM also offers free nutrition-focused cooking classes for the community.
