Information for Hiring Managers

Once a staff or postdoc candidate accepts an offer, please inform the Recruiter as quickly as possible so the background check process can be initiated.   

Faculty offers must be submitted as soon as countersigned offer letters are obtained, if applicable. 

Please be aware that this screening will take additional time to process and is dependent on the candidate completing/providing the required information in a timely manner.  Other institutions currently conducting this process report an average of 30 days for completion.
