Introducing Care Connected: A New Healthcare Advocate Program

As part of our partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tulane employees and family members enrolled in any of our medical plans can now access Care Connected, an enhanced customer service advocate program.  Care Connected can help with understanding our medical plans, choosing the right care, navigating the medical system, and reviewing your medical bills.  

At times, a Care Connected nurse may initiate contact with you and offer these services.  Participation is always voluntary, and free of charge to our plan participants. It is totally confidential – this information is not shared with Tulane University.
