Mindfulness & Emotional Wellbeing Though Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Tulane employees have access to several mental health and emotional wellness services at their fingertips by using Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offered through New Directions Behavioral Health.

Services include access to the myStrength program which focuses on mindfulness and emotional wellness. The myStrength program is a personalized tool developed by New Directions Behavioral Health to help individuals thrive by building emotional strength, learning from stories of hope and inspiration, and activities supporting the mind, body and spirit.  Sign up and enjoy an engaging mobile app that will provide personalized tips in navigating stress and anxiety.   • Hover over “EAP Services” and select “MyStrength”
  • Enroll in MyStrength free online program 

As always, New Directions EAP services also provides valuable resources such as financial planning, adult care services, mental health counseling, and numerous other services to help employees manage life’s difficult challenges.
