Tulane's Oracle EBS system is being upgraded this week, which requires system downtime.   The following functions will not be available starting at 3:00 pm on Thursday, May 13 until Monday May 17.

  • Employee Self Service
  • Manager Self Service
  • HCM   
  • TAMS   
  • Payroll   
  • iReKREWT   
  • Accounts Payable   
  • General Ledger   
  • Grants Management  
  • Labor Distribution

NOTE: Kronos WFR and Gibson will not be affected by this outage and will remain online.

The upgrade will not change the functionality of the system, but brings a new look with updated colors and icons, which are easier to read and navigate.

The system will be back online Monday, May 17. If you experience issues accessing EBS on May 17th, the following resources are available to address your concerns:
