Self-Reviews & Performance Review Process

Supervisors are encouraged to ask their employees to complete self-reviews during the annual performance review process.  This allows the employee to provide their unique perspective on key accomplishments to take into consideration when completing the review.  It may also be used as a tool in employee development, which supports the Growth component of the performance review process.
