Jenna Zeringue

Biography

Jenna Zeringue (she/her) serves as the Manager of Learning & Organizational Development in the Office of Human Resources & Institutional Equity (HR&IE). In her role, Jenna works to find and create resources and deliver programs to help individuals across the university rise to their fullest potentials in support of the mission and key initiatives of the university. 

Jenna has worked for Tulane since 2018 in various roles in HR&IE. She earned a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology and is a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She also earned certificates in Inclusive & Ethical Leadership and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.

Jenna is a Tulane University Leadership Institute Certified Coach as well as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. As a Strengths Coach, Jenna co-facilitates workshops and provides coaching to departments, teams, and individuals interested in gaining a deeper understanding of what motivates themselves and their team members, and how to collaborate for maximum efficiency and team engagement.

Services: Provides learning management system (TULearn) and LinkedIn Learning administration and support, provides development opportunities for faculty and staff including CliftonStrengths workshops and coaching, assists in the governance of learning and training through partnership with the shared governance committee, as well as executes the L&OD strategy.
