Self-care is necessary for our physical, mental, and emotional health. We acknowledge that we are all impacted by personal and workplace stressors. This self-care module will empower you to manage your own well-being, to be a champion for your own mental health, and to encourage a culture that supports self-care within your team. Module topics include burnout, resiliency, and wellness.
