Need Assistance with Open Enrollment: 

• From October 30 – November 17:  5 a.m. – 8 p.m. (CT), Monday – Friday. Click the link to schedule a Virtual Enrollment session.
• From November 7 – 17:  8 a.m.-5 p.m. (CT), Monday-Friday. You can also connect with a counselor by phone at 1-888-242-7970.

How does it work? 

• Make an appointment using this link. You will receive an email confirmation with login instructions. 
   
• On the day of your appointment, log in to your session. Use a computer for the best experience. Make sure you have a semi-private, quiet area with Internet connectivity. 
   
• If you cannot hear the WebEx audio or see your Virtual Benefit Counselor onscreen, you may call the conference phone number provided at the beginning of your WebEx session to connect with your Benefits Counselor by phone.   
   
• Have your personal and dependent information available, and allow about 20 minutes to complete your enrollment session. 

Important Notes for Connecting to Webex for Your Virtual Appointment: 

• On the meeting invite, the large green button titled “Join Meeting” may not work. If this is the case scroll down a bit and click on the actual meeting link under the “Join from the meeting link” section.  
   
• Once launched you will see another window pop-up in which you may need to click the “launch meeting” button. There may be another pop-up that comes up as well that asks if you would like to accept the pop-ups from Aon, click the check box to allow this.  
   
• You will then enter your name, and email address (which may be populated already if you have joined other Webex meetings). Click “join as a guest” button.
