The TU Wellness framework consists of four essential pillars: Fuel, Move, Balance & Thrive, and Smoking Cessation. Each pillar focuses on different aspects of well-being, including exercise, nutrition, work-life balance, mental health, chronic condition management, and cancer awareness. The Fuel pillar emphasizes food and nutrition, while the Move pillar encompasses exercise and mobility education. Work-life balance, mental health, and other life issues are addressed under the Balance & Thrive pillar. Lastly, the Smoking Cessation pillar provides guidance on tobacco prevention and cancer awareness. Together, these pillars form the foundation for a comprehensive approach to wellness at TU.
