To qualify for the HRA Incentive in 2019, you must complete the following steps before October 31, 2018:
- Complete your free preventive care exam with your medical provider, or our Tulane Living Well Clinic.
- Complete the online health assessment (Rally Health Survey) available through Rally online.
- Complete three Rally missions.
Note: Rally missions take up to 6 weeks to complete. Enroll in missions no later than September 19, to ensure completion by October 31, 2018. Employees can register and track their progress by logging on to Rally online.
If all three of the following actions are completed, Tulane will contribute $500 toward your $1,500 deductible if you have individual coverage or $1,000 to your $3,000 deductible if you have family coverage (includes Employee + Spouse and Employee + Children tiers). The HRA funding will pay first then you pay the remaining portion of the deductible. For detailed information and guidance, visit the HRA Incentive webpage.
