DUO Two-Factor Authentication

Tulane requires DUO multi-factor authentication to access and secure Tulane email, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and the EBS system, which includes Employee Self-Service. Duo provides a secondary layer of security to these applications to increase protection of your account and sensitive information against cyberattacks.

Setup your account

To get started with setting up your account, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your Tulane email account or the Employee Self-Service portal using your Tulane username and password.
  2. Choose Start Setup from the Tulane University Duo window.
  3. Complete the onscreen prompts. Only add a mobile phone number and not a landline.
  4. Download Duo mobile for your iOS or Android device.
