Blue Cross Blue Shield has mailed to your home address on record Medical Plan ID cards.  One card will be used for both Medical and Prescription Drug benefits.  Remember to show your new BCBS card the first time you need to use it in 2020.  You can also download a copy now of your Medical Plan ID card by logging on to MyHealthToolkitLA.com. Blue Cross Blue Shield’s partner, Accrue Health, has also mailed Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Account cards (FSA, HSA, and HRA).

To avoid delays in filling prescriptions, present new ID card the first time you use pharmacy benefits in 2020 or show the card image from the My Health Toolkit® mobile app.  This can help avoid pharmacies submitting claims with your old ID card information, either for automatic refills or when present at the pharmacy.
