The redesigned hiring process is now live and features enhanced recruitment services and improved system functionality.

During this yearlong project, we reviewed and reimagined the hiring process in support of our vision to attract and retain innovative, well-qualified and diverse employees. We also created a new careers site to provide applicants with easy to find information, tips and resources to assist them in applying for jobs at Tulane.

With the redesigned process live for only a few days as of  November 5, we are already beginning to receive positive feedback from you. Kathy Kozar, Director of  Sponsored Projects Administration commented “It was very exciting to see it work.  It’s brilliant.“ In addition, Adrian Townsend, Director of Business Operations for Campus Services commented on the process improvement implemented to reduce the amount of time it takes to obtain approvals on offers.

As we move forward with the improved process, we would like to remind you of available training resources and introduce you to your designated recruiter.

  • A make up training session is being held on November 15, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm in the LBC, Room 203. Register now
  • If you are unable to attend the make up training session, and are planning to hire before winter break, training materials are available online. Additional training sessions will start again in 2019.
  • As part of the redesigned process, recruiters have been designated to specific departments to support recruitment and hiring. Learn who your recruiter is today.

Lastly, our heartfelt gratitude to Information Technology, Web Communications and all of our campus partners who dedicated time and resources to make this project possible. The Talent Acquisition team is available to assist departments during the transition and encourage continued feedback.
