With Tulane University officially adopting a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy, all employees and visiting faculty must be fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccination or obtain approval for a medical or religious exemption prior to their start date.

New Hires will be required to complete a COVID Vaccination Verification Form, where they will attach a copy of the front and back of their vaccination card for verification.  They will receive an email from the Talent Acquisition team that will contain the link to the form.  The email will also contain instructions on completing an exemption form and where to send the exemptions forms, if needed.

Start dates will not be confirmed till both their background check has cleared and their COVID Vaccination has been verified OR their Religious/Medical Exemption has been approved.
