It’s high blood pressure and stroke awareness month. We start by providing tips to have a heart healthy lifestyle. These ten tips are easy to follow and can set the path to help you take care of your heart while protecting your health. We also address high blood pressure and key stroke symptoms to help you identify and act F.A.S.T. (Face drooping, Arm weakness, Speech difficulty, Time to call 9-1-1) if someone is having a stroke.
