The Office of Equal Opportunity & Resolution Management is responsible for monitoring compliance with equal opportunity and affirmative action regulations in recruitment and hiring. To learn if your position has hiring goals for women or minorities, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Office of Equal Opportunity website.
- Select "Employment and Hiring."
- Select "Faculty Recruitment" or "Staff Recruitment" on the right side of the page, depending on the type of hire.
- Select "Goals Information by Job Group" and log in with your Tulane single sign-on credentials to view job titles and applicable goals.
