Resolution & Restorative Engagement
Welcome to the Resolution & Restorative Engagement Program!
The Resolution and Restorative Engagement (RRE) program provides a range of conflict resolution services to support Tulane staff, faculty, and students navigating challenging situations. Through personalized and structured approaches, it helps individuals develop effective communication and resolution strategies. Services include individualized conflict coaching, mediation, and facilitated dialogues to encourage open discussions. Additionally, restorative conversations and circles promote understanding, healing, and community building. These resources are designed to foster a more inclusive, respectful, and productive environment at Tulane University.
