What’s New? Updates to Student Hiring Notifications!

  • Hourly Assignments
    • Students will receive only ONE notification with an active hourly assignment. It will arrive when the Kronos Account is Active and they can begin recording hours.
    • Notifications will reflect FWS if entered on the assignment.
  • All assignment notifications will be custom to the assignment type – Hourly, Stipend, or Non-Service.
  • All assignment notifications will now reflect the assignment’s start date, payment type, hourly or stipend $ amount.
How To Hire Students

Training is available online through TULearn! If you have never hired students or need a quick refresher, you can enroll and take the course here.  This training is open to anyone who hires students.
