New Staff Compensation Structure – Information Sessions
As previously announced, the new staff compensation structure will be effective on July 1, 2018.
In order to assist you with the understanding of the new staff compensation structure, we will be offering information sessions, where you will learn about the new compensation structure, career bands, how to administer compensation for new hires, internal transfers, and promotions.
