The Department of Education has announced that Public Service Loan Forgiveness (#PSLF) has surpassed $10 Billion in debt relief!

There's still time for you to take advantage of the limited PSLF waiver before it expires on October 31st, 2022. Tulane has partnered with Savi to make sure our deserving employees understand their eligibility and know how to apply. 
 
The limited waiver allows borrowers to receive additional PSLF credits towards forgiveness on loans that previously were deemed ineligible. 

  • If you have a Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL), Federal Perkins Loan, Federally Insured Student Loan (FISL), National Defense Student Loan (NSDL), you’ll need to consolidate your loans into a Federal Direct Loan to receive PSLF credits. 
  • Then, you’ll need to complete a PSLF Employer Certification Form before October 31st, 2022.
