Employees can now view their 2026 Benefits Confirmation Statement in Gibson’s Employee Self Service.
Your confirmation statement reflects the benefit elections you submitted during Open Enrollment and will be used to administer your benefits for the 2026 plan year.
Please take a few moments to review your statement carefully to ensure all elections are accurate, including:
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Flexible Spending Accounts
- Life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance
- Covered dependents
If you notice any discrepancies or believe an election is incorrect, please contact TUBenefits@tulane.edu as soon as possible.
If you have not already done so, please submit your dependent verification documents for any dependents you added during Open Enrollment (e.g., marriage certificate, birth certificate, court-approved adoption papers, or court-awarded custody or guardianship papers).
How to access your confirmation statement in EBS
- Log in to Gibson and navigate to your Staff/Faculty tab.
- Navigate to Tulane Employee Self-Service and Benefits.
- Select Next and filter to: “Please show me the benefits as of 01-Jan-2026 and later”.
