Movement is always important, but more now than ever! The Tulane Campus Recreation Fitness & Wellness Team wants to help keep our community healthy and active during this time.

Visit the Tulane University Campus Recreation website and select among the many wellness and fitness activities available which include: 

  • Fitness and wellness programs like virtual group exercise classes, the Wave Fit online training program, or Wave Fit movement breaks which is a new program that emails you content about quick exercises, workouts, instructional videos, outdoor activity tips, nutrition information, and free health & wellness opportunities to shake up your daily activity.
  • Outdoor adventures which features and outdoor adventures blog, gear rentals available to support an outing, outdoor tips, classes, clinics and more. 
  • Intramural activities including esports, social gaming or trivia.
