Mary Little, Database Administrator at the Tulane National Primate Center receives a standing ovation as President Fitts invites her to the stage to be recognized for 50 years of service to the university.

"I came to work for Tulane at the Tulane National Primate Research Center (TNPRC) on November 11, 1968," said Mary. "The TNPRC soon felt like my home away from home. Our Northshore campus has always been portrayed as other laboratory settings, very professional.  But instead of standard co-workers which are made up of staff and faculty, we all think of each other more like family. The people whom I have met along my 50 year journey with Tulane have truly made this trip one that I would not trade for anything but will cherish those memories for all of my life."

45 Year Recipients - Garry Rolland and Cynthia Trygg
