COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Expanded Service: Employee Children 12+

The Tulane University Vaccine Clinic is now able to vaccinate children of employees aged 12 and up.

If you would like to take advantage of this for your family, please fill out this form for each of your children aged 12 and up, and submit it to covidvaccine@tulane.edu email with the email subject “Expanded Vaccine”. 

The Vaccine Clinic will respond with a suggested date and time for the requested vaccine appointment(s).
