To accommodate December 2021 Payroll processing before Winter Recess, the payrolls will be processed as follows:

• Monthly processed on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
• Biweekly processed on Monday, December 20, 2021.

All Personnel Action Requests (PAR)—such as salary changes, worker status changes, terminations, one-time payments—that will impact an employee’s December pay, should be initiated in HCM by Monday, December 6, 2021.  This will allow the PAR to be routed with all required approvals and reach Payroll by Friday, December 10, 2021.   PARs not received in Payroll by December 10th will be processed in the first payroll of 2022.   For questions please contact Payroll at payroll@tulane.edu.
