Tulane wants to reward you for taking care of your health! Earn your 2021 TU Wellness Health Incentive now through December 31, 2021.
Who Can Participate?
Tulane Employees and their families who have primary coverage through Blue Cross can participate each year.
Employees only: Earn up to $500
Employees & Child: Earn up to $100 (After the employee earns $500, another $500 will be deposited)
Employee & Spouse: Earn up to $1000 ($500 earned by the employee and $500 earned by spouse)
Family: Earn up to $1000 ($500 earned by the employee and $500 earned by spouse)
How Does It Work?
Complete your chosen activates from the list below of activities before December 31, 2021. Each activity has an associated reward. You can track your progress through the activity dashboard - see instructions below.
How Do I Get Started?
- Visit www.MyhealthtoolkitLA.com
- Select the Wellness tab, then Rally.
- Select Log In Now. If this is your first visit to Rally, your health survey will launch at the end of registration.
- Inside Rally, select the Rewards tab.
- Select View Program
- Complete Rally Your Health Survey
- Select which additional activities you want to participate in, up to your $500 or $1000.
How Do I Track My Activities?
With the exception of your Wellness Exam, you will track all of your activities via the Rally Dashboard.
Once you have completed your Wellness Exam, your health provider will notify Blue Cross/Rally that your exam has been completed. Processing rewards may take some time to update on your dashboard, but if you feel you are missing a reward, contact the Rally Support Team.
