HR Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team of Tulane's Office of Human Resources provides relevant and timely business intelligence reporting which supports the operational requirements of departments.

When providing information to departments, the following principles must be considered:

Data Protection and Security
Reports must be provided securely to personnel with appropriate authority to receive them; HR and Payroll data will be sensitive by nature.

HR Policies and Procedures
Information should be provided to support specific HR policies and procedures.

Reports derive from Tulane's Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM) database system, and contain outcomes of transactions occurring in HCM. Auto-delivery of reports may be scheduled to take place at particular points of the business processing calendar.
