Redesigned Hiring Process Coming Soon
Training
If you are currently recruiting staff positions, or will have staff openings before winter break, these sessions are for you. The Talent Acquisition Krewe will be on deck to provide training on the redesigned process and “iReKREWT” system. Register today.
For those who do not currently have openings but will in 2019, regular training sessions will be available throughout next year and resources will be available online.
If you hire faculty, librarians, or post docs, you will receive a separate announcement and invitation to a training session specifically for these positions in partnership with the Provost’s Office.
Transactions on Hold
Hiring transactions in iRecruitment will need to be on hold during the last week of October to prepare for the transition to iReKREWT in order to go live in November.

| October 22 | Deadline to submit new vacancies or offers. |
| October 22 – November 2 | Training - register. |
| October 26 | 5 PM deadline to approve all vacancies and offers. |
| October 26 | Close vacancies not be filled and remove applicants not being considered. send list to tucareers@tulane.edu. |
| October 29 - November 2 | No new transactions. |
| November 5 | iReKREWT systems goes live. |
