Dear Supervisors,

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, an update has been made to the 2020-2021 university holiday schedule to make Monday, Feb.15, 2021 (Lundi Gras) a regular work day.  This has been replaced by an additional floating holiday.

Please remind staff members to take one of the following actions to ensure they are paid correctly: 

• Non-exempt and exempt employees should request either floating holiday or vacation day in Kronos if they would like to take the day off on Feb. 15.
• If non-exempt employees work on Feb. 15, they should clock in and out of Kronos as usual. Hours worked will be paid at regular rate of pay.
