Update: Vaccine Clinic Locations
Since January, Tulane's Vaccine Clinics have administered 22,200 vaccines and fully vaccinated 11,000 individuals. As a result of the high vaccination percentage (and the wide access to the covid vaccine), we no longer have a vaccination demand volume that requires a separate mass vaccination site. Accordingly, we will close down the JBJ Vaccination location effective Friday, July 2nd, so that we may combine this service with existing university functions on both the uptown and downtown campuses. Thank everyone who participated in the School of Medicine’s vaccine clinic during the Spring semester – including our staff, volunteers, and vaccine recipients – all of whom did their part to help end the pandemic.
Effective June 28th, the new vaccination sites will be as follows:
DOWNTOWN: The Tulane Living Well Occupational Health Clinic, located at 1430 Tulane Avenue, Room 1510. The clinic is located on the first floor of the Hutchinson Building across the street from the JBJ building. Available hours for vaccination requests downtown will be Monday’s from 1p to 3p and Thursday’s from 9a to 11a.
UPTOWN: The Phelps Hall Vaccination Clinic will continue to operate, with availability on Tuesday afternoon and Friday mornings for Tulane students, employees, and affiliates.
To book a vaccination appointment Uptown or Downtown, please use the healow link and schedule at the appropriate location.
Before arriving at the Tulane Vaccine Clinic for your shot, you must complete a Vaccine Consent Form to bring with you – and also present your Splash Card at the clinic at the time of your appointment.
