Walk-ins Accepted for Flu Shots
Flu shot registration has filled up quickly leaving some unable to schedule an appointment. We are adding additional time slots. However, there is no need to wait. All sites will be accepting walk-ins with no appointment needed now through the end of September.
Tulane is partnering with CVS to provide flu-shots on campus at various locations for faculty and staff. Flu vaccines are a covered benefit with no out-of-pocket expense to employees who participate in any of Tulane's medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana (BCBS).
To get your flu shot, simply show up to one of the flu shot events on campus. Please remember to bring a photocopy of your BCBS employee health insurance plan card, and your splash card for your appointment.
If you are unable to attend an on-site flu clinic, you can request a voucher for a flu shot by sending an email to TUBenefits@tulane.edu, and a voucher will be emailed to you. You can then use that voucher at any CVS pharmacy for a flu shot.
